Involve Other Groups

Networking

When we first started out with our own team one of the things we wanted to achieve was to find other, like minded groups all over the UK to network with.  We felt this would give us some distinct advantages and this has proven true time and again. Many of the groups we have worked with are now old friends.

  • Sharing knowledge of locations and history together

  • Sharing evidence and reports with other teams

  • Helping each other with case studies too far away for our own group to attend

  • Teaching each other about scientific/psychic methods

  • Working with other groups on location

  • Advice  and support

  • Discussions on paranormal topics

This list could go on for some considerable time but I think you get the idea!  Working together not only bonds groups and helps them to grow and learn much faster but also will hopefully ultimately get us all to the truth a lot quicker.  We are after all, or at least we should be, in this weird game for the same reason to find the truth behind phenomena!

Having worked in this field for many years I already knew of some like minded groups who would be interested and went from there.  However, if you’re just starting off organising your own investigations the best way to find the right kind of groups for you is to visit a few websites and check out there site and forums.  You can get a good idea about the leaders from there and the aims/objectives of the group and get to know them a bit better.

You may have found a real killer location but you need more investigators. Some allegedly hunted sites charge the earth especially if they have been investigated by that TV entertainment program. If you only have ten members these sites can be far too expensive to consider visiting. If you have made contact with another group why not invite them to send along a few of their members to help out. This will help your costs and the shared knowledge and friendship gained may be a future benefit to both groups.

Good luck!
