Make Sure Everyone Knows Their Job

A Job for Everyone

If you don’t already know, organising an investigation takes a lot of planning, hard work, time, money and effort.  There are many jobs which all need to be done to provide good locations, investigations and reports.  Although as we’ve mentioned it’s a good idea to have either a group of founders, or a committee or both making the final decisions, it’s also important to get your team involved on as much as they are willing to take on. This not only brings the group closer together but also teaches those less experienced, helps those with too much on their plate and ensures everything gets done.
