The CaSPIR Promise

It is important to note that if you request CaSPIR UK to conduct an investigation into unexplained occurrences within your home or place of employment that you can be assured of complete discretion and a professional service guaranteed. To this
extent we offer the following code of conduct as our promise to you as a client.

1. We will maintain the sanctity of your home or workplace and will not conduct any esoteric means of divination such as séance, glass moving or table tipping (unless requested).

2. Your anonymity will be held sacrosanct.

3. Our staff will be courteous to you, your family or your work colleagues at all times.

4. All findings and evidence will be documented and explained at a follow up
meeting, arranged as soon as possible after our investigation.

5. We, as investigators are in no position to rectify the problems that we uncover but we are, through our previous experiences, in a position to recommend solutions to your problems. Our advice is therefore given freely as a recommendation and not as a solution.

6. CaSPIR UK is a 'not-for-profit' organisation and will not ask for payment for our services. Donations will be forwarded to charitable organisations from any gratuities received.
