CaSPIR UK and the administrators thereof agree to adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Personal Information will be held on the members and clients of CaSPIR UK both electronically and in a written file format. The members and clients that these records pertain too have the right to see this information and request a copy by contacting one of the named founders or administrators.

Under the data protection act 1998 it is the responsibility of the Founders / Administrators of CaSPIR UK to adhere to the following points:-

• Accurate, and where necessary, kept up to date.
• Not kept for longer than is necessary.
• Processed in line with the rights of the individual.

• Not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area unless there is adequate protection for the information.
